Can dreaming about academics improve test scores?

Do you want to sleep more and score higher test scores? According to researchers at Harvard Medical School, napping and dreaming about the relevant course content may improve test scores.

The following research claim is shared on the Science section of

"Note to students: Take a power nap before the final exam and dream about the class material. The approach could lead to significantly higher test scores than the results achieved by non-napping and non-dreaming classmates, according to researchers at Harvard Medical School" (source material).

Test this dream theory to determine if it works for you.
